Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a skilled nursing facility? In this role, you will work closely with nursing staff, residents, families, and other facility departments to ensure optimal care for residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Receiving and giving reports on residents' conditions and ensuring understanding of care to be provided
Making rounds on each resident, assessing new residents and those who are ill, have fallen, or sustained injuries
Documenting assessments according to facility policy
Notifying nurses of any changes in residents' conditions or needs
Assisting with direct patient care and ensuring call lights are answered promptly
Promoting good working relationships with other departments, co-workers, residents, families, and physicians
Performing other duties as assigned
Need 1 year experience in setting
