Responsibilities The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) acts as the primary customer contact for sales demand creation by executing marketing strategy and promoting Sobi products within the Cleveland, OH territory. Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals. Provide comprehensive clinical knowledge of Sobi’s products and communicate on‑label benefits to healthcare professionals. Deliver branded sales messages, represent Sobi at local meetings, and achieve or exceed sales targets. Analyze territory sales data weekly to prioritize physician targeting and ensure accurate reporting. Prepare and manage territory budget plans for customer contacts, local symposia, and other external expenditures. Identify and resolve issues, communicating proactively with sales and marketing management. Report adverse events to the Drug Safety department in accordance with guidelines. Perform all required administrative functions, including call activity reporting and expense submission. Travel within the assigned territory (overnights up to 40‑50%) to build and maintain relationships. Qualifications Located within the Cleveland, OH territory. BA/BS in business or science. Minimum 5 years of dedicated hospital selling experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with at least 3 years of specialty sales experience. At least 3 years of biologics sales experience in a specialty pharmacy setting or 8 years of dedicated hospital selling experience. Experience with the transition of care/patient journey from hospital to outpatient setting. Demonstrated high sales performance history. Experience with single‑source pharmacies, reimbursement programs, managed care, and formulary management. Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively across a large geographic area. Ability to perform all administrative tasks related to reporting and expenses.
