This isn't a compliance role where you're chasing signatures and filing reports nobody reads.

What You'll Be Trusted to Do

• Own and build Ernst Brothers' safety policies, procedures, and systems, from the ground up.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and coach field staff and trade partners on safe work practices.
• Monitor OSHA compliance, investigate incidents, and lead corrective action across every project.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and Field Managers to keep safety part of daily operations, not an afterthought.
