Full-Time Technology Support Concierge
The Gatesworth | 1 McKnight Place, St.Louis, MO 63124
About the Role
The Gatesworth, a U.S. News & World Report Best Independent Living Community, is seeking a tech-savvy Technology Support Concierge with a genuine passion for helping others. In this role, you will work directly with our residents, providing patient, compassionate support that builds confidence and independence with everyday technology.
What You'll Do
Provide one-on-one support with smartphones, tablets, laptops, streaming services, and more.
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot personal devices.
Lead group classes and presentations on technology topics.
Help residents connect with family and friends through video calling, email, and apps.
Develop simple guides and resources to answer common technology questions.
Other duties as assigned.
Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.
What We're Looking For
Comfortable with consumer technology across iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac.
Patient, approachable, and able to explain technology in plain language.
Reliable and professional in a senior living environment.
