Entry-Level Technical Solutions Engineer

Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Responsibilities As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you’ll work on software that impacts 305 million patients around the world. Together with customer counterparts, you’ll diagnose problems, identify solutions, and manage implementation across multiple physical locations and stakeholders. You will tackle mission‑critical and complex issues beyond simple “turn it off and on again” fixes.
