A Sales Development Representative is an entry level team member, focusing on setting appointments for our licensed agents via outbound dialing fresh leads as they come in. We have many channels that people find us - there is no cold calling. We're looking for exceptional people who want to make an impact on both their clients and their own lives.
This schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 6pm with an hour lunch break

ResponsibilitiesDAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage 500-800 warm leads per month
- Handle in bound messages and phone calls.
- Conduct reminder phone calls for webinar leads and following up with current clients for appointment bookings.
- Conduct outbound dialing to follow up on leads who reach out to us
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly booking targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions
