This role requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):Lead and mentor a team of business planners, setting priorities, providing guidance, and ensuring alignment with organizational goalsPartner with the Global Manufacturing Electrical & SDV Director to organize and run the business including All People Meetings, events, and special assignmentsMaintain and evolve the business planning strategy including the Business Plan Deployment (BPD) and internal business processes for the organizationOversee management of multiple budgets (operations, capital, people)Develop and deliver presentations for all levels of leadershipFoster a forward-thinking, people-first work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):5 years of experience related to Manufacturing processes, project management, or business operationsProven ability to articulate visionary concepts effectively and communicate professionally and concisely to all levels of leadershipDemonstrated project management prowess, with an understanding of future automotive systems and the evolution of automotive technologies.Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring others, fostering collaboration, and building high-performing teamsStart-up mentality - be tenacious, adaptable, and curious.
