CNC MachinistTrillium Staffing is currently seeking a CNC Machinist for a Direct Hire CNC Machinist opportunity with a growing heavy fabrication manufacturer in the Sturgeon Bay area. This CNC Machinist role focuses on setting up and operating horizontal boring mills to produce precision-machined components to engineered specifications.CNC Machinist Responsibilities:Set up and operate horizontal boring mills to machine metal componentsSelect appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for each jobPerform tool changes and make machine adjustments to maintain precisionEnsure compliance with all safety standards and proceduresCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and outputSupport additional duties as assignedBenefits:4-day work week with shift differentialHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance (effective first of the month after hire)401(k) with company match after 30 daysPaid vacation and holidays available upon hireHSA with employer contributionSemi-annual incentive bonus programTraining and advancement opportunitiesOvertime availableSchedule is 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30PM–2:00AM (3-Day Weekend).
