Job Summary
A reputable NYC real estate developer/owner/operator is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support accounting operations across their portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process invoices
- Manage vendor accounts and payment schedules
- Reconcile AP ledger and vendor statements
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Process checks, ACH, and wire payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Real estate accounting experience preferred
