Assistant Site Manager – Clean Express Auto Wash Location: 1211 S. Irish Rd, Davison, Michigan, 48423 We offer a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 with opportunities for additional incentives based on site performance. Responsibilities Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates and exceeds customer service needs. Lead daily on‑site store operations and maintain high quality standards. Drive sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. Strive to exceed sales goals and support store growth. Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company mission. Manage labor and staff scheduling and monitor associated expenditures. Oversee P&L through monitoring chemicals, utilities, and other costs. Maintain quality assurance through accurate quality control checks. Conduct cash management procedures including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits. Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and operating procedures. Address customer escalations calmly and effectively. Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge base. Participate in educational and training opportunities for growth. Perform additional related duties as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of leadership experience. At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics. Basic IT and computer proficiency including POS systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Strong verbal communication skills. Capability to provide and follow clear directions. Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed. Ability to coach, mentor, and train. Present a professional image according to appearance guidelines. Work Environment and Physical Demands Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift. Work on feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment. Work outside in all weather conditions. Lift up to 25 lbs.
