Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Affiliate Operations Specialist (Human Resources) Location: PAGNY Corporate - New York, NY 10170 Position Type: Full-Time Regular Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year Under the direction of HR and site leadership, the Affiliate Operations Specialist is responsible for providing general support to the PAGNY office and providers, managing employee concerns as the initial point of contact, and serving as an outward-facing part of the HR Department. Responsibilities Manages compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory trainings, continuing education, annual health assessments, and work evaluations, ensuring employee records meet JCAHO and NYDOH standards. Acting as the primary point of contact for all credentialing and onboarding, managing multiple new providers' progress throughout this process. Tracks all new hires, ensuring onboarding is smooth and thoroughly reviewed, and that all post-hire data and documents are in HRIS, employee files, credentialing, and onboarding trackers. M maintains relationships with providers and staff by checking in periodically to keep them informed and engaged. Leads and facilitates recurring new hire orientation and other activities and provides hands‑on guidance for timesheet processing, benefits, CME, and payroll and holiday calendars. Manages all HRIS transactions in a timely fashion and makes change requests ensuring accuracy. Builds and maintains successful relationships with site leadership, Medical Staff Office, Occupational Health Services, NYC Health + Hospitals HR Partners, Chiefs/Chairs, and other stakeholders. Attends site committee meetings as needed. Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters to appropriate Labor and Employee Relations team member. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and/or three years of related experience in the healthcare setting. HR certification preferred. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills both oral and written; ability to communicate and interact effectively with personnel at all levels. Displays highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion. Maintains confidentiality. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required. Ability to work independently, efficiently, under pressure, and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
