We collaborate with user experience and design, business and technology partners across the enterprise to build experiences our clients are passionate about.We are looking for product and client champions to help us craft the future of Schwab's digital platforms.The Digital Product Manager (individual contributor) will work closely with stakeholders throughout the firm to elicit and evaluate their needs and help determine how best our team can deliver excellent solutions. You will also play an integral role in working with our internal team members across our entire product suite to help build and manage our opportunity backlog.If you have a passion for digital products, the ability to deeply analyze and document stakeholder needs, and superior written and verbal skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, we want to talk with you!The team is responsible for:Strategy – Setting ambitious and clear production vision for designing re-usable utilities across multiple journeys.Execution - On all aspects of technology product development including the definition, creation, development and implementation through a prioritized backlog of product featuresClient Focus – Develop a deep understanding of the target market, build close relationships with key stakeholders and define business strategyDigital Experiences – Collaborate with design, technology and business partners to build digital experiences that our clients are passionate aboutWhat you'll do:Manage execution of the product roadmap. Lead discovery and requirements definition to translate product vision into specific deliverables.Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on client needs and business goals; ensure rigor in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product roadmapFoster in-depth understanding of client needs, informed by user research, competitive analysis and the internal / external product landscape, to help drive product-market fitPartner with stakeholders to ensure product roadmap aligns with overall business strategy and firm objectives; develop presentations to regularly communicate product insights and metrics to leadershipWork closely with other product teams across the organization to ensure key dependencies are identified and managedDevelop actionable, data-driven insights to deliver actionable recommendationsFrame challenges as problems that are solved through critical thinking and collaborationMonitor key metrics to measure success of product initiatives and identify areas of improvement; clearly present results, insights and recommendations to leadershipWhat you haveRequired Qualifications:Strong digital product management skills; 3+ years of experience in product management or similar fieldDemonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, identify opportunities, and drive recommendationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, tell a compelling story, and present to all levels of the organizationHigh emotional intelligence; ability to manage uncertainty and lead people through challenging projects and processesSelf-starter with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple projects in parallelEffective relationship builder; ability to partner cross-functionally and work effectively with various personality types at all levels of the organizationPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Financial Services; knowledge of Digital BankingComfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethicIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
