Job Description:

Job Requirements:

✅ Must pass a background check

✅ Must speak English

✅ Food Handler Certified

✅ Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop frequently

✅ Be able to work with all food types, including allergens, and provide exceptional customer service

Food Runner Duties and Responsibilities:

✅ Order Delivery: Transport food and drinks rapidly and accurately from staging areas to suites, club seats, or concession stands.

✅ Stock and Inventory: Restock supplies, track inventory counts, and help manage beginning and ending stock accountability.

✅ Station Setup and Cleanup: Prepare service areas before events, clear debris or dirty dishes during shifts, and complete post-event breakdown and cleaning.

✅ Communication and Safety: Maintain clear radio or verbal contact with kitchen staff and supervisors while following strict food safety and hygiene rules.

✅ Guest Service: Answer basic menu questions and assist patrons or servers to ensure a positive game-day experience.

Prepcook Duties and Responsibilities:

✅ Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice vegetables, fruits, and meats.

✅ Batch Cooking: Make basic sauces, dressings, soups, or marinades ahead of time.

✅ Portioning and Labeling: Measure, portion, and label ingredients with expiration dates to ensure freshness and reduce waste.

✅ Stocking and Inventory: Check inventory levels, restock stations, and rotate stock in coolers or freezers.

✅ Kitchen Cleanliness: Wash dishes, sanitize cutting boards and countertops, and keep the work area safe and organized.

Dishwasher Duties and Responsibilities:

✅ Washing and Sanitizing: Operate commercial dish machines or wash fragile items by hand.

✅ Stowing and Stocking: Sort, stack, and store clean dishware and cookware in designated areas.

✅ Kitchen Cleanliness: Sweep and mop floors, wipe down work stations, and empty trash or recycling bins.

✅ Support Tasks: Assist with basic food prep or unloading delivery trucks when needed.

✅ Maintenance: Monitor chemical levels in dish machines and report broken equipment immediately

Dress Code: Black polo shirt, black slacks, black socks, and black non-slip shoes

Work Schedule:

✅ Multiple shifts available

✅Shift Length: 10-14 hours, depending on role and location. (Note: This job may involve extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling.)
