Machine Operator / Production Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Location: Athens, TN

Base Pay: $17.88/hour + Shift Differential

Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd Shift (Must be flexible)

Position Overview

We are hiring Machine Operators / Production Technicians for a high-energy, fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in physically active positions and take pride in reliability and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support production/plating machinery

• Load and unload materials in a manufacturing environment

• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production goals

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Physical Requirements

This is a highly physical role requiring:

• Minimum height requirement of approximately 5’6”–5’7” to safely and effectively perform job duties.

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the shift

• Frequent lifting of 50+ pounds

• Constant bending, reaching overhead, and repetitive motions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Pay: $17.88/hour + $0.50 shift differential ( $18.38/hour total )

• 3rd Shift: [Insert 3rd shift hours if needed]

• Pay: $17.88/hour + $0.45 shift differential ( $18.33/hour total )

• Must be flexible and available for either shift based on business needs

Pay Details: $17.88 to $18.38 per hour
