Charge Nurse - Neuro PCU, Nights

Role Overview: Responsible for coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and managing operational issues during the shift. Provides clinical care as needed based on census demands and communicates patient care updates, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership. Acts as a resource for staff guidance and support. Qualifications Graduate from a nursing program (Required); Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience (Required); 2+ years (Preferred) Current RN license in Georgia and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure (Required) Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification (Required) Advanced certification in specialty area (if applicable, Required) ACLS and PALS certifications (Required) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification prior to independent chemotherapy administration (Required) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) by end of orientation (Required for Women's Services) AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification within 12 months (Required for Labor and Delivery) PEARS certification (Required) Experience in emergency department with 30 days to obtain PALS if applicable Key Duties Ensures quality patient care, manages operational issues, provides clinical support, and serves as a resource for staff guidance and communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
