Custodian Part-time

Position Summary PacArctic, LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Part‑time Custodian on our second shift to support PAC and our government customer in Williamsburg, KY. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a union position. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties Cleaning of entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, work areas, floor surfaces, restrooms, locker rooms, shower stalls, water fountains, utility sinks, etc. Maintain the appearance of exterior grounds, parking lots, loading docks, and sidewalks Emptying wastebaskets and trash receptacles Dusting of high and low surfaces, including overhead lights and pictures, and using cleaning products to clean or polish soiled surfaces Vacuuming carpets and light spot removal duties Washing windows and glass cleaning Capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls Requirements Must be able to lift 25-50lbs. Prefer high school diploma or GED and 0‑2 years’ experience. Work well with our cooperative and motivated cleaning staff Follow detailed cleaning instructions and learn troubleshooting skills Clear written and verbal communication skills with coworkers and supervisors Capable of working with a team or independently to achieve departmental goals, including multitasking skills Must be available to work second shift 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
