Marketing & Communications CoordinatorThe Marketing & Communications Coordinator provides daily operational, logistical, and administrative support across all marketing, communications, advertising, events, and community engagement activities. This role focuses on execution—ensuring projects, campaigns, and events run smoothly by coordinating tasks, gathering content, maintaining schedules, and supporting the Marketing & Revenue Manager and Marketing Specialist.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-driven, creative, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential for keeping marketing operations efficient, timely, and well-coordinated.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support:Support the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics, gathering content, and maintaining timelines.Assist with uploading and maintaining website updates provided by the Marketing Specialist under the direction of the Marketing Manager.Track deadlines, deliverables, and vendor communicationPrepare and proofread marketing communications (e.g., emails, newsletters, and printed materials.Assist with event setup, teardown, and staff communications.Maintain and update marketing databases and customerAssist, attend, support, and promote all external companyAssemble and update sales packets, flyers, and promotional materials as neededAssist with daily incoming lead tracking from all sourcesDistribute talking points, training and scripts as requestedConduct basic market research tasks such as gathering competitor information.Commission research, challenges, and weekly data extractsProvide administrative support to the marketing team as neededPerforms job duties for Cornerstone Connectivity andPerforms all other related duties assigned by **These tasks do not meet the Americans with Disabilities Act definition of essential job functions and are usually less than 5% of time spent. However, these tasks still constitute important performance aspects of the job.Communications & Social Media Support:Draft and schedule posts using approved content, templates, and brand guidelines across all approved media items and content.Monitor, research and provide a timely response to social media comments and messagesMaintain content calendars and due datesCapture photos and videos at local and employee events for use in social media and marketing content. Will include travel to local events to photograph local content.Manage the social media calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.Stay informed on social media trends, algorithms, and bestCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across allSupport ad campaigns by gathering data, preparing assets, and coordinating tasks.Ability to travel 3-5 days, or asQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools).Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsCreative mindset with a passion for marketing and social mediaKnowledge of SEO and content marketing, and PPC advertising is aPreferred SkillsPrevious experience in marketing or social mediaExperience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Sprout Social).Ability to create engaging content using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
