Tu principal desafío
Ejecutarás la preparación, dosificación y monitoreo de mezclas durante el proceso productivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, inocuidad alimentaria, trazabilidad y continuidad operacional.
¿Qué harás en este cargo?
- Prepararás y dosificarás mezclas de acuerdo con las fórmulas y especificaciones establecidas.
- Verificarás la identificación, calidad y estado de los insumos antes de utilizarlos.
- Monitorearás parámetros operacionales como temperatura, presión y nivel durante los procesos de pasteurización y enfriamiento.
- Registrarás controles operacionales, consumos de insumos y resultados del proceso.
- Detectarás y reportarás desviaciones en las mezclas, materias primas o parámetros del producto.
- Coordinarás ajustes y requerimientos operacionales con sala de control, bodega y otras áreas productivas.
- Realizarás controles básicos de calidad en línea, verificando las características físicas, químicas y sensoriales del producto.
- Cumplirás con las normas de higiene, BPM, seguridad e inocuidad alimentaria.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Conocimientos en formulaciones, dosificación y manejo de materias primas.
- Conocimientos en calidad, inocuidad alimentaria y Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
- Deseable experiencia en industrias de alimentos, consumo masivo, lácteos o productos perecibles.
- Buscamos personas responsables, comprometidas con la calidad y capaces de seguir fórmulas, procedimientos y parámetros productivos con precisión.
