Client Support Specialist

Job Summary
LJ Horizons is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and assist clients through a structured coordination process in a remote setting.
This position is well suited for individuals who are organized and detail-oriented.
You will assist with coordinating customized experiences, including family and group arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support to clients
Assist with coordinating services and client requests
Communicate next steps and updates clearly
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Ensure all details are handled efficiently and accurately
Support clients throughout the full coordination process
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Self-driven and dependable
Comfortable using digital tools and systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus
