Business Development Manager
A growing Central Valley company is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business and expand relationships across the region. This is a hands-on role focused on building a strong pipeline, getting in front of decision-makers, and helping grow the company's presence in the local market.
The right candidate will be comfortable working in the field, developing opportunities from the ground up, and partnering with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Central Valley area
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and supporting documentation for client engagements
- Maintain an active and accurate pipeline using CRM tools
- Work closely with operations and internal teams to support onboarding and service delivery
- Provide regular updates on activity, pipeline, and performance
- Support growth within existing accounts where opportunities arise
