Client Experience Associate

Job Description

Job Summary/Objective

Performs the mailroom function; verifies accuracy of work.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Help customers throughout day with questions by demonstrating excellent customer service
Be familiar with all site building operation
Operate X-ray machine
Quality check all mail throughout day
Accurately sort USPS/interoffice and accountable mail
Accurately deliver mail to customers
Accurately sort mail throughout day
Open, prep and sort PO Box mail
Document checks, USPS, PO Box mail and other logs as required
Receive and verify incoming accountable mail
Process and track all incoming/outgoing accountable mail electronic and manual
Process incoming/outgoing pouch mail daily
Deliver and obtain signatures for all incoming accountable mail
Run end of the day UPS/DHL/USPS reports
Obtain signatures for all outside delivery services for incoming accountable mail
Obtain signatures from couriers for all outgoing mail and maintain manual log for UPS and DHL
Process outgoing mail accordingly
Conduct mail runs throughout day in a timely manner
Count and log all mail volumes throughout day and update site metric
Maintain metering machine as required
Deliver and stock copy paper at designated areas
Clean, organize and stock mail stop areas
Look up and research improperly addressed mail
Log all non-conformances throughout day
Conduct and participate in daily huddles
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Participate in training and cross training of tasks
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Demonstrate follow up and follow through skills
Follow the Exela Business Practice Guidelines
Demonstrate initiative and dedication to the job
Personal Development
Participate in daily huddles with team
Professional conduct and dress
Adhere to safety regulations and requirements

Qualifications

Required:

H.S. diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, write and speak English
Required to work at computer for long periods
Required to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hand and arms.
Required to regularly sit, talk or hear
Required to possess close vision and ability to focus
Conditions may include office environment, computer room, production floor, warehouse and shipping/receiving. Occasional exposure to dust, dirt, toner, ink and other environmental factors is possible.
Repetitive motion is required; may require twisting/bending/climbing
May lift up to 25 lbs. frequently

Preferred:

Previous experience with data entry desirable

"The pay range for this position starts at $17.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
