Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Pflugerville, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and providing expert guidance on product offerings. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and support operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain lasting client relationships Proficiency in Account Management and the ability to manage and grow client portfolios Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced on-site environment Prior experience in building materials or construction-related industries is a plus Proficient in basic computer skills and familiar with CRM systems High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Foundation Building Materials
