Kelly's Auto Repair is seeking an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician in Wilmington, DE, to perform general automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and electrical work. The position pays $25-$30+/hour plus bonus, depending on experience, with weekly pay and a Monday-Friday schedule. This family-owned and operated independent repair shop offers steady vehicle volume and a six-bay, six-lift facility with heat and air conditioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive repair and maintenance.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine needed repairs.
• Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems.
• Perform maintenance services on a broad range of primarily late-model vehicles.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections as part of the repair process.
• Use shop-provided specialty tools and equipment to complete assigned work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of automotive repair experience.
• B-Level automotive repair and diagnostic capabilities.
• Strong general automotive repair skills.
• Experience diagnosing automotive electrical systems.
• Digital vehicle inspection experience is a plus.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• Must have personal automotive tools needed for the work performed.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-$30+/hour plus bonus, depending on experience.
