This individual will work closely with engineering and production teams to fabricate, modify, and maintain tooling, fixtures, and precision components used in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong machining background, experience working to tight tolerances, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can operate independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment to support production objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
