We are looking for an Account Manager at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO.

The salary range for this role is $60,000-65,000.

Job Summary- Audio Visual Account Manager

The Account Manager will prospect new clients for national business opportunities while maintaining a business relationship with existing clients to encourage repeat business. They will be responsible for providing estimated budgets that support the client’s vision while maintaining a profitability threshold of 45% for each event, while working to reach the annual revenue performance goals established by INSPIRE.

Summary of essential job functions- Account Manager

• Contact national sales lead sources, including, but not limited to:
  • Convention and Visitors Bureau’s calendar
  • Internet searches
  • Invoicing
• Monitor in-market client lists to ensure information is kept up to date
• Operate seamlessly with both Sales and Operations
• Demonstrate evidence of organization and accountability in the position
• Uphold excellent customer service skills under pressure
• Articulate in communicating ideas, concepts, and directions clearly and concisely
• Maintain grooming to company standards and the standards of our clients
• Maintain excellence in customer service, organization, and problem-solving
• Establish credit accounts for events invoicing over $10,000
• Work with Accounts Receivable on invoicing
• Create Credit Memos when appropriate
• Complete a Job Cost on all events invoicing over $5,000 pre-tax
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned
