What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for high‑quality baked goods Experience in food service, baking, or a related field is preferred A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality baked goods to our guests As a Baker, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring that all products meet our standards for taste and presentation Duties Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and donuts Manage daily tasks, including scaling, shaping, and baking loaves, breads, and pastries Decorate cakes and other baked items with precision and creativity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of baked goods for catering events and daily sales Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Experience Previous experience in a bakery or culinary environment is preferred Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen safety protocols Experience in food preparation techniques, particularly in baking and cake decorating Excellent customer service skills to enhance the overall customer experience A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new techniques Job Type: Full‑time Schedule Morning shift Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Coma Coffee Roasters
