Smart Data is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter for full-cycle IT recruiting across a wide range of industries. This is a high-volume desk. You would carry requisitions across software engineering, IT infrastructure, and data for multiple clients at once, which means sourcing has to be fast and your read on technical fit has to be right the first time. What the role looks like: 3+ years technical recruiting, agency experience preferred High-volume requisition load across multiple client accounts Sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and internal databases Technical and behavioral screening, then polished candidate submittals Clean ATS records and a metrics-driven process Dayton or Cincinnati metro strongly preferred Competitive base plus performance incentives. #J-18808-Ljbffr Expedient Technology Solutions
