Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesAt least 7 years of experience as a Storage and Backup AdministratorExcellent working knowledge on EMC VNX, NetApp, Symantec NetBackup.Expertise in Brocade and Cisco MDS fabric Switches.Experience in using Storage and Backup infrastructure Management and Monitoring tools.Knowledge in resolving Storage Incidents and performance related issuesStrong communication skills required (oral and written)Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)Ability to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projectsproject and talent managementExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
