Receptionist & Administrative Assistant Job Summary
Overview & Objective
The role is the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners, supporting daily office operations, and assisting the sales and production teams for a Granite & Stone Countertops company. The ideal candidate is an organized, personable multi-tasker who can ensure a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Customer Service: Welcome visitors, answer calls and emails, direct inquiries, provide basic information on products and services, and maintain a professional front office.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments (templating and installation), enter job details into the CRM, prepare and organize job files, support the sales team with drawings and quotes, and manage mail/deliveries.
  • Office Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (sales, fabrication, installation) and help track project progress.
  • Customer Experience: Greet walk-in clients, guide them to salespeople, and assist with sign-ins and forms to provide a positive experience.

Qualifications & Application Requirements

  • Experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing a busy front desk.
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, CRM or office software).
  • Professional, friendly, and reliable.
  • Experience in construction, design, or home improvement is a plus (training provided).

Work Environment & Schedule

  • On-site position at the showroom/office.
  • Regular interaction with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Full-time schedule with consistent hours.
