Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Dynamic PCU Team!


- Position: Registered Nurse in a Mixed Acuity Progressive Care Unit
- Shifts: 3x12s rotating shifts, with the option for straight nights
- Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with solid experience clearly noted in work history
- First-Timers: Accepted based on experience
- Weekend Requirement: Yes, as per unit needs
- Certifications Required:
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- On-Call Requirement: No
- Floating Requirement: Yes, may need to float within scope to meet facility needs and to sister facilities within the metro region
- Total Staffed Beds: 22
- Charting System: EPIC
- Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Special Requirements:
- Welcome to our busy, collaborative PCU!
- Join a team caring for a diverse medical-surgical population with varying levels of acuity.
- Experience essential teamwork and communication to enhance patient care.
- Work in a 12-bed high acuity medical-surgical unit with a 1:4-5 patient ratio, or in a 10-bed PCU with a 1:3-4 ratio.
- Enjoy consistent ratios for both day and night shifts.
- Engage in rotations to med-surge assignments as needed.
- Flexibility to float to other units is an inherent part of the role.
