Key Responsibilities Analyze sales and activity reports to gauge productivity, identify areas needing inventory fulfillment, and ensure achievement of goals. Direct and manage operations involved in product production, assembly, and distribution, including purchasing, shipping & receiving, and production orders. Oversee the fulfillment of global orders and synchronization of customer inventory needs with production requirements. Maintain and manage databases, including setup of new part numbers and locations. Lead inventory control efforts, scheduling inventory verifications, and resolving discrepancies. Determine staffing requirements for the packaging department and contribute to interviews and staff training. Collaborate in establishing departmental policies, goals, and procedures.
