SAGE 300 INTEGRATION SPECIALIST - REMOTE


We are seeking a highly skilled Sage 300 Integration Specialist to lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations between Sage 300 and other business systems. The ideal


candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Sage 300's underlying data structures, a strong technical background, and a proactive approach to solving complex business challenges through system integration.


This is a fully remote, 12-month or more contract position.


Key Responsibilities
• Analyze, understand, and document the data structures and workflows within Sage 300,


including key tables, fields, and relationships.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Sage 300 and other systems using APIs, ETL


tools, or custom code.
• Design and execute data migration processes to and from Sage 300.
• Ensure data integrity and system reliability across integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that


meet business needs.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot issues related to Sage 300 integrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data mappings, workflows, and integration logic.
• Train and support internal teams on integration processes and troubleshooting techniques.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of Sage 300 ERP, including module functionalities and underlying database structures.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing Sage 300 data tables.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar).
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for system integration.


Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with integrations.
• Strong analytical skills to map business processes to system capabilities effectively.


Development Skills:
• Familiarity with programming languages commonly used for ERP integration (e.g., C#,


Python, Java).
• Experience developing custom scripts and tools for data transformation and automation.


Database Management:
• Experience with relational databases, including schema design and optimization.
• Knowledge of database administration for systems like Microsoft SQL Server, which Sage


300 typically uses.


Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
