Supported by a national network of healthcare professionals, the company is dedicated to transforming healthcare and improving health outcomes for members across the country.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to health plan members to schedule in-home health screenings.Provide clear and comprehensive information about the screening process, addressing any member questions or concerns.Update and verify member details in the system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Maintain thorough records of all member interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth scheduling process.Follow up with members to confirm appointments and address any outstanding issues.Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and adhere to all company protocols and industry regulations.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a healthcare environment, is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.A compassionate approach with a dedication to delivering excellent customer service.Multilingual abilities are a plus.
