As an IC Test Engineer , you will develop and execute high-frequency on-wafer test solutions for integrated circuits, including microwave and millimeter-wave ICs (MMICs). You will work closely with design and process engineering teams to characterize advanced semiconductor devices, automate testing, analyze results, and support product development.

• Develop IC test plans, methodologies, procedures, and automated test programs for different device designs.
• Perform functional testing and RF characterization using custom test stations and advanced measurement equipment.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, performance issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot test failures and collaborate with design and process engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Improve test efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness through automation and process improvements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and corrective actions.
• Support exploratory R&D, design validation, and automated small-volume testing of internally designed integrated circuits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, RF characterization, semiconductor testing, and software development.

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field, with thesis work and/or relevant industry experience in millimeter-wave IC characterization.
• At least 3 years of experience in RF characterization of active and passive components, including measurements such as reflection coefficient, matching, TOI, P1dB, and noise figure.
• Hands-on experience with electronic test and measurement equipment, such as network analyzers, signal sources, and spectrum analyzers.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: C#, C /.NET, C, or Visual Studio-based software development.
• Experience with wafer-probe calibration and integrated circuit measurements.

• Experience automating electrical testing and developing test software.
• Familiarity with IC testing standards and industry best practices.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with RF and analog integrated circuit design and analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and process improvement.
• Experience with PCB design.
• Experience using Keysight ADS or equivalent engineering tools.
