Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support access awareness, observe site activity, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, gate access points, warehouse spaces, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor site access by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials when required, and communicating with site personnel regarding deliveries, visitors, and/or operational concerns.
• Support order at the location by following post instructions, reporting hazards or maintenance issues, and assisting with traffic flow, vehicle checks, and/or other assigned security-related duties.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
