Industrial Engineers apply a wide range of methods including labor performance analysis, value stream mapping, line balancing, capacity and manpower planning, factory layout and simulation, strategic planning, project management, and continuous improvement. As a Section Manager, you will lead and develop a team of industrial engineers supporting multiple customers and manufacturing sites.This role supports multiple Raytheon programs and factories located in Tucson, AZ. This position requires strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills, along with expertise in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
