Ambulatory Cardiac RN: Lead, Educate & Care for Patients

Mayo Clinic is seeking a registered nurse to provide ambulatory care in the Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Aorta Clinics. The role includes direct patient care, pre-visit prep and education, and transitions of care with close collaboration to the care team. The RN will document interactions in electronic medical records, demonstrate leadership, and support quality improvement efforts.
