At Chick-fil-A, the role of team member is more than a job; it's an opportunity. The team member role is to serve guests by providing a quality customer experience with a welcoming and friendly attitude, while ensuring that the presentation, packaging, and quality of the food are top-notch for every guest interaction. This role is a fundamental piece of our daily operation and controls the speed and friendliness of the service we provide to our guests.

Responsabilities:

• Comply with Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

• Previous restaurant experience | No customer service experience required, but preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

The founder of Chick-fil-A, Inc., S. Truett Cathy, started the business in 1946, when he and his brother, Ben, opened a restaurant in Atlanta known as The Dwarf Grill (later called The Dwarf House). Over the years, that restaurant thrived and led Cathy to promote the success of his business. In 1967, Cathy founded and opened the first Chick-fil-A restaurant in the Greenbriar Mall in Atlanta. Today, Chick-fil-A has the highest same-store sales.
