Corporate Contract Paralegal

Job Description We're in search of a proactive and highly skilled Corporate Contract Paralegal to deliver comprehensive administrative support to our executives. In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include: Demonstrate alignment with Next Health’s core values and mission in all aspects of work Conduct legal research using appropriate resources to support compliance initiatives Draft, manage, and maintain legal documents, including contracts, agreements, corporate filings, and entity records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards Coordinate contract execution by obtaining required approvals and signatures and ensuring timely distribution to relevant parties Maintain centralized databases of company and entity information, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and regulatory compliance Liaise with outside counsel as needed, providing relevant information and facilitating effective communication Assist with entity formation and governance matters, including preparation and filing of required documentation and ongoing compliance maintenance File legal documents with governmental agencies and other entities in accordance with procedural requirements and deadlines Communicate with clients under attorney supervision to collect information, provide updates, and respond to inquiries Safeguard sensitive and confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times Stay current on legal developments, procedures, and best practices through ongoing professional development Perform additional duties as assigned to support the legal function and broader business needs of Next Health Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field required Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience working as a paralegal in a corporate or healthcare setting Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities Paralegal certification preferred Proficiency in legal research methods and software Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation standards Proficiency in productivity tools and software (Microsoft Office Suite, Notion, G Suite, calendar management tools) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information Benefits Competitive compensation package Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and inclusive work environment Meaningful work that makes a difference for patients Health care coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan Paid time off Paid holidays Employee discounts Training and development opportunities Wellness resources The expected compensation for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 per year, plus benefits. Pay offered may vary based on individual factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional elements specific to the position offered.
