If you're ready to put your maintenance skills to work while helping keep a brand-new community safe, comfortable and well-maintained, we encourage you to apply today!What You'll Do:Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.Maintain exterior of the property along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.Communicate with vendors, contractors, co-workers and residents.What You'll Bring:Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.High school diploma or equivalent required.HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Hourly pay starting at $24 to $26/hour!Medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family covered.401(k) with a 6% company match to help you invest in your future.18 days of PTO plus 11.5 paid holidays so you can recharge.Paid parental leave and disability coverage for added peace of mind.Lifestyle Spending Accounts that support your overall well-being.Career growth opportunities, training, and long-term stability with a growing organization!Ready to take the next step in your maintenance career?
