Travel Nursing Job Details Position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ER RN) Employment Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Location: Perrysburg, OH 43551 Start Date: 08/24/2026 End Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Hours Per Week: 36 Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Shifts Per Week: 3 Schedule: Afternoons/Nights with flexible start times at 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM, every other weekend, every other holiday, and two days of call per 13-week contract Unit Size: 12-bed Emergency Department Patient Volume: Approximately 70–80 patients per day Emergency Department RN Job Requirements Active RN license in the state of Ohio or compact state eligibility At least 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience required At least 1 year of travel RN experience preferred BLS and ACLS required Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam Strong clinical judgment in fast-paced, high-acuity emergency care settings Experience with EPIC preferred Comfort caring for neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Emergency Nursing Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent needs Perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes Administer medications safely and in accordance with nursing standards and policies Support triage, stabilization, resuscitation, and crisis intervention as needed Collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate timely, effective treatment Advocate for patient safety and participate in quality improvement efforts Respond calmly and effectively in high-stress situations Provide compassionate care to patients and families across the lifespan Maintain accurate documentation and use clinical technology efficiently Apply now to start your next Ohio travel nursing assignment in the Emergency Department.
