We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to support students in the Evergreen, CO area. This full-time position is available for the 2026–2027 school year within a collaborative and student-focused school district committed to academic and personal growth.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Special Education teaching certification
- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs preferred
- Strong ability to differentiate instruction and implement individualized supports
- Experience in mild/moderate and/or moderate/severe settings preferred
- Collaborative and flexible approach to working with staff and families
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct instruction and academic support to students
- Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Ensure compliance with all state and district special education guidelines
