New Brighton, MN High-Volume Domestic Dealership | Full-Time

If you're an experienced engine or heavy line technician and you're tired of fighting for hours, this is a shop where you can consistently flag 5060+ hours per week.

We have a steady mix of engine workgas and dieselincluding internal engine repairs, diagnostics, and major component work. If you can handle complex jobs, you'll stay busy here.

Compensation

• Flat rate: $33.85$41.70/hr (based on experience)
• Weekly guarantee available
• Top technicians earning $110K$130K+ annually
• Paid OEM training

What You'll Work On

• Engine diagnostics and repair (gas & diesel)
• Internal engine work (timing, head gaskets, teardown/rebuilds)
• Fuel, ignition, and emissions systems
• Mix of customer-pay and warranty work
• Updated diagnostic equipment and tooling

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years heavy line or engine repair experience
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Diesel experience a plus (not required)
• Ford / GM / Ram experience a plus
• Own tools
• Valid driver's license
