Job Details Job Location: Denfeld - Duluth, MN 55807 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $15.70 - $15.70 Hourly Job Summary Dishwashers provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service while assisting customers. They store, rotate, stock, prepare and display products in accordance with established practices. Dishwashers ensure compliance with food safety policies and practices. They also achieve daily operational goals related to sales and service. Duties and Responsibilities Essential Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities Provide services offered in the Deli area and respond promptly and politely to customer requests for assistance. Process ingredients, rotate, store, and display designated products in accordance with established practices, priorities, and recipes. Perform tasks at a pace that is consistent with department standards. Monitor food quality, record losses, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies throughout preparation, storage and display. Wash, sanitize and store cookware, utensils and containers in accordance with established practices and priorities. Maintain work stations and ensure cleanliness of department equipment, storage areas and display areas. Assist in training new staff on established systems. Achieve WFC customer service standards for internal and external customers. Contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment to support WFC's ENDS. Essential Organization Specific Duties and Responsibilities Abide by all WFC policies and procedures. Engage in creating and maintaining a positive, ethical, and productive workplace that contributes to achieving progress on WFC's ENDS. Follow and ensure compliance with all safety practices and policies. Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to Minnesota Department of Agriculture and National Organic Standards. Additional Duties and Responsibilities Achieve daily operational goals as directed by your supervisor. Maintain cleanliness of department areas and equipment and communicate and document any equipment maintenance and/or safety concerns to department management. Report any problems with systems, tools and/or products to department supervisors. Perform other tasks as assigned by department management. Assist customers in finding product and/or information, promptly and courteously answer and accurately route phone calls, messages, and customer requests in compliance with established practices. As directed, move into back stock, rotate, stage, stock and/or merchandise products in accordance with shift criteria. Promote ownership and owner benefits consistently and positively.
