Leading a sales team focused on promoting life-changing treatments for serious neurological, endocrine, and psychiatric disorders, the full-time remote NeuroPsych Regional Specialty Manager will recruit and develop top talent, drive sales strategies, and manage performance within the Pacific Northwest region. Key responsibilities Lead regional sales team by recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent Drive regional implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and hold the team accountable for performance Required qualifications BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years of first-line sales management experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
