Salem Residential Care is URGENTLY hiring for Full-time and Part-time certified and non-certified L1MA's.
Specific needs:
Part time for every other weekend 7am-3pm (2 positions)
Full time for every weekend 7am-3pm.
If you are not already certified, we will train you to get your certifications. Shifts are 8 hours with rotating weekends. Starting pay is $15 unless you are currently certified. We look forward to seeing you!
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
Administer oral, topical, and eye/ear drop medications following the "five rights" (patient, medication, route, time, dose).
Accurately record medication administration, refusals, and observations in the Medication Administration Record (MAR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report any changes in condition immediately to a licensed nurse.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and bathing, as well as providing mobility support.
Follow all infection control protocols and maintain HIPAA compliance.
Take and record vital signs, weights, and blood sugars as assigned.
