Salon Gratto is looking for talented, motivated stylists to join our salon in either a commission or rental role. We’re seeking professionals who are passionate about great hair, committed to an exceptional client experience, and ready to grow in a polished, elevated salon environment. We guarantee a base pay with competitive commission on service and retail, plus tips. This opportunity is ideal for stylists with 1–2 years of experience and some existing clientele, or those who are actively building and ready to grow. Rental opportunities are best suited for stylists with at least 3 years of industry experience and an established, loyal client base.
