Customer Service & Sales Representative (100% Commission) – Remote
The Rustman Agency is a rapidly expanding brokerage dedicated to helping families protect their futures through life insurance, final expense, and mortgage protection. We're passionate about service, integrity, and making a real impact in the lives of our clients.
Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This fully remote, 100% commission-based position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and thrives in a results-driven environment. You'll guide clients through their coverage options while providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Assist new and existing clients with insurance questions, policy options, and coverage reviews
- Build rapport and develop trust with clients through clear and compassionate communication
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely follow-ups and addressing concerns
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from sales to service
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching

Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
