This 100% remote Junior Administrative Assistant role is ideal for organized, detail-oriented bilingual professionals supporting clients from Latin America. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in updating process documentation and maintaining accurate, organized records. Handling file uploads and maintaining Google Drive organization according to established team guidelines. Executing routine data entry and supporting the preparation of basic internal reports. Monitoring general email inboxes and coordinating routine correspondence with clients and vendors. Conducting basic research and assisting with general document handling and preparation. Providing general administrative support to the team as needed.
