Medical Surgical/Tele Registered Nurse

Seeking an experienced RN for Medical Surgical/Tele specialty to provide high-quality patient care in a Level I Trauma Center. This position involves night shifts and requires adherence to strict travel and clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic medical records.
• Respond swiftly to patient emergencies and maintain safety standards.
• Comply with all travel, licensure, and hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state or a compliant compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Medical Surgical/Tele units.
• Prior travel experience preferred; at least 1 completed travel assignment required.
• Demonstrate the ability to work within a team nursing model with a 1:12 ratio.
• Meet all Tier 2 travel compliance requirements.
• BLS certification and vaccination status up-to-date; renewal plans documented.
